30-minute Guided Meditation Self-Care Session (virtual or in-person)

  • Space to move through a period of transition or grief via the option of a series of sessions with both mindset and meditative coaching

  • Ways to guide your child through visualization and mindfulness techniques to feel more calm (especially at the beginning and end of the day!)

This session includes:

  • A deep, restorative meditation led by me (while you relax laying down or sitting up in the comfort of your space) with gorgeous music that is customized to your needs!

  • Techniques for a clearer mindset and heart-centered connection that you can come back to anytime in the future
